2026 Mow Map
Sullivan's Landscaping is the contractor performing lawn mowing in 2026. They have just published their "Mow Map" for the year. The mowing season is scheduled to begin April 6, 2026 (weather permitting). See the image above for which day your lawn will typically be mowed. Please set your irrigation schedule to accommodate this mowing schedule. Note that weather may push the mowing schedule into a different day.

Community Cleanup
It is time to help make the community come out of winter and into spring! If you would like to help clean up around the ponds and the front entrance to the community, please meet at the Clubhouse at 9:00 am on Saturday, April 11, 2026 and join neighbors in picking up trash.
If you are unable to join the work crew, please sweep and clean up the street gutters near your home.
